He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a major in political science, a minor in spanish, and a juris doctor degree from OU School of Law. After practicing law for several years, Scott made a career shift into politics, being elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives.
 
Scott joined Valliance Bank in 2023 and brings with him years of leadership experience, critical thinking, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. His capacity to communicate clearly and persuasively, coupled with his commitment to being a good listener, makes him a valuable addition to the team.
 
Away from work, Scott enjoys spending time with his daughters, watching Cardinals baseball, and playing golf.
 
His societal passion lies in ensuring that systems within our society work for everyone,
irrespective of age, income, gender, background, or religion. On a personal level, Scott is an avid fan of Cardinals Baseball and Sooner Football, expressing his passion not just in his hobbies but also in his commitment to social equality.
