Chad Kerr, the Fort Worth President, is an exceptional leader known for his persistence, kindness, and fairness. He joined Valliance Bank in 2022 and has made a significant impact, fostering a high producing team and cultivating a healthy work culture.
 
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Chad majored in management and finance and further honed his skills at the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at SMU. After college, he embarked on a career in lending, a path that eventually led him to Valliance Bank.
 
Despite his busy professional life, Chad is committed to maintaining a balance. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and playing the guitar. However, his passion extends beyond hobbies. Chad is deeply dedicated to helping both employees and clients succeed, demonstrating his commitment to the community and the individuals within it.
