Cara McClain is the McKinney President. A graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a bachelor's degree in speech language pathology, she started her career in banking after college. Cara has been with Valliance Bank since 2019 and is renowned for her people-centric approach. She thrives on making connections, learning about people's lives and businesses, and helping them build their dreams into strong, successful ventures.
 
Outside of work, Cara loves exploring new places through travel with her husband. Yet, her greatest passion lies closer to home - her family. Her husband and three sons are her world.
